I’m a sucker for sunsets. I find them so peaceful after a long day of working hard. Sunsets are intimately connected with love, life, God, friendship, and family.
They are one of the most photographed natural events in the world. As Richie Norton said, “Every sunset is an opportunity to reset.” Unfortunately I don’t get to see them as much as I would like to due to my long work hours. Thus, I am so grateful for Spring break and getting to see the sun set as I walk my beloved pittie Cash. Because of the time change, I now get to see the sunset everyday while walking my dog.
I‘ve recently re-dedicated myself to living a healthy lifestyle. I’m vegan, so of course, I eat healthy. However, eating right won’t help me lose weight. So, I taken up walking every morning and afternoon watching the sun rise and sun set. I am also committed to exercising more in the gym. Working out is how I will protect my inner peace, especially with state testing near. There is nothing like a great workout after a long stressful day of work. Pilates, walking, yoga, HIIT, body pump and body combat are all exercises I will share with you all as I take you on this weight loss journey with this PLC Coach and fight to protect my peace. I am so excited to see the end results.
